Citilink provides a demand-response service tailored to individuals who are unable to utilize our fixed route services efficiently.

Utilizing this application streamlines the process of scheduling your ride. Simply schedule your trip, confirm your pickup, and board the bus. If there's a need to cancel, you can do so as effortlessly as booking, directly through the app.

Rides must be scheduled by 5:00 PM the day prior to your desired travel day and pickup confirmation needs to be done after 5:00 PM on the day before traveling. Subsequently, you can monitor the app for real-time alerts and driver updates.
